I have had 24-7 Property Scotland Ltd for many years and for numerous properties. My wife, prior to her death, started using them nearly 20 years ago. They are meticulous, filling very quickly the properties as they become empty though a number of tenants have been in for many years giving trouble free tenancies. I am abroad a lot and 100% confident in their proven ability for reliabilty, quality of service, communication and provision of monthly rental accounts. 24-7 offer quick and quality repairs, maintenance and redecorating services if required which i am availing myself of more and more with not being available to do them myself as much these days. 247 Property manage multiple portfolio of rental properties on my behalf. Their professionalism, quality of service and friendly staff make them stand-out amongst their competitors. At first I was not comfortable with their Monthly Wednesday pay out schedule because it impacts on my mortgage's payment, however it looks like they are making the payment out quicker now. Agency has been very nice and polite. Recently moved into a flat provided by 24-7 Property and the process of moving has been smoothly and time efficient thanks to the agent I’ve been in touch with, Louise.
